Where we ship
VIANTH currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Available delivery options are shown at checkout for your address.
Made-to-order production
Our products are made after you order. For our featured mugs, Gamer Shirt, and Raccoon sweatshirt, allow an estimated 4–12 business days for standard US delivery: approximately 2–7 business days for production and 2–5 business days for carrier transit. Total delivery time includes both stages. The business-day delivery windows shown at checkout include production; do not add production time again. A production-only estimate describes time before dispatch, while a transit-only estimate starts after dispatch. Estimates vary by product, fulfillment partner, destination, availability, and seasonal demand. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Rates depend on your delivery address, the products ordered, and how they are fulfilled. Any free-shipping offer applies only where its stated conditions are met; it does not automatically apply to every product or shipment.
Separate packages
Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different dates. Shipping charges may be combined for orders containing products from different fulfillment locations.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we will send shipping information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, weather, and peak demand can affect delivery.
Delivery addresses and order changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering, including apartment or unit details. Email support@vianthshop.com immediately if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible after production or shipping begins. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you about available options and any applicable reshipping charge before arranging reshipment.
Damaged or missing deliveries
For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. For a missing delivery, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate. Please see our Return and refund policy for details.
